Anonymous – River Scene

Description

This painting is really a cause of some delight, a very personal discovery, I found it mainly completed at the artist’s shop in Prachuap Kiri Khan province, in Thailand, and within a fairly short time it was complete and I was the owner. An idealised scene of a village in Thailand in days gone by, a community centred around a river, there is so much going on in this charming painting and there is also much to admire in the quality of the handiwork. The painting is large, the best part of 5 feet wide, and needs a spacious wall to do it justice.
